1. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

2. Personal and Family spaces

Your Personal space is private to you. A Family space is shared with the members you invite, according to the access level (view, edit, or both) you or another Admin assigns them. Admins can manage members, roles, and billing. Personal spending never becomes visible to a Family space, even for Admins.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Personal and Family plans renew monthly unless cancelled. Free trial periods convert to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel first. You can cancel anytime from Account → Billing; you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use FTM Space to store data you don't have the right to store, attempt to access another user's space without authorization, or interfere with the normal operation of the service.

5. Your data

You own the financial data you enter. We never sell it. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how it's used.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On request, we'll export your data before deletion.

7. Disclaimers

FTM Space helps you track and organize your finances — it does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice. Insights and projections are estimates based on the data you enter and should not be relied on as professional advice.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
